All products and services are as pictured and described on the web site. The majority of outfits/sets are sold complete but please note that minor accessories and items of jewellery may appear in the images, which may not be included.
Post and packing costs are detailed in the checkout area. Fancy is not currently VAT registered and our prices are not currently subject to VAT.
Upon placing an order, you will receive written confirmation by means of e-mail. We endeavour to dispatch within 24 hours but please allow 14 days for delivery. If we should encounter problems with the supply of an item we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please return it to us unworn and in its original packaging within seven days and we will be happy to refund the full purchase price (excluding carriage)
You are entitled to cancel your order with no loss other than return postage and packing.
Faulty goods, we aim to provide the best quality possible in the unlikely event that an item is faulty please bring it to out attention as soon as possible and we will provide a like for like replacement or refund as soon as possible.
